SURFACE TREATMENT: A RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Since 1999, specialised in polymer rheology, Vickers SA has developed Vickersil^® surface treatment family, adapted for the tooling elements used when processing polymers and elastomers.

The parts are coated by a thin electro-deposition of special chromium , after adapted surface preparation, to obtain the expected improvement effect.

We are specialised as well in other surface treatment processes for a wide range of applications including precision engineering, medical engineering and watch industry.

We realise the following treatments: hard chromium, chromium on aluminium, electropolishing and Tribosil.
