The Vickersil® HG is a coating specially adapted for the injection of polymers when a high glossy surface of the injected piece is required.

The Vickersil® HG is adapted to all types of polymers but in particular for Surlyn® (DuPont^TM).

Before coating the moulds with Vickersil® HG, its surface must be polished to a mirrored surface.

Due to the surface passivity and the low coefficient of friction, the Vickersil® HG coating improves the release of the injected pieces.

The Vickersil® HG coating is used for:

• cosmetic,
• food packaging,
• special technical pieces.
